目的探寻和改进腔镜手术器械的消毒灭菌方法。方法 2008年7月-2009年6月采用20 g/L碱性戊二醛浸泡灭菌法,2009年7月-2010年7月改用美国STERIS TEM1医用低温灭菌器,并与碱性戊二醛浸泡灭菌法相比较。结果两种灭菌方法均能达到灭菌效果,但20 g/L戊二醛浸泡达到灭菌效果需10 h,低温灭菌器灭菌只需30 min,且器械损坏率小。结论用低温灭菌器灭菌是腔镜手术器械的理想灭菌方法,不仅灭菌效果可靠、效率高,还减少了器械的损坏和对环境的污染及人体的损害。
Objective To explore and improve the method of disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic surgical instruments. Methods From July 2008 to June 2009, 20 g / L alkaline glutaraldehyde was used for sterilization. From July 2009 to July 2010, STERIS TEM1 medical low-temperature sterilizer was used in the United States. Dialdehyde soaked sterilization compared. Results Both sterilization methods could achieve the sterilization effect, but the sterilization effect of 20 g / L glutaraldehyde needed to be sterilized for 10 h. The sterilization of the low temperature sterilizer took only 30 min, and the equipment damage rate was small. Conclusion Sterilization with a low-temperature sterilizer is an ideal sterilization method for endoscopic surgical instruments. It not only has the advantages of reliable sterilization and high efficiency, but also reduces the damage of equipment, the pollution of the environment and the damage to the human body.
