从两例确诊为肝癌的患者腹水中以亲和层析法提取ＡＦＰ抗原，并制备相应的单克隆抗体。实验表明，此单抗对原发性肝癌具有较好的特异性和捕捉能力。 Affinity chromatography was used to extract AFP antigen from the ascites of two patients diagnosed as liver cancer, and corresponding monoclonal antibodies were prepared. Experiments have shown that this monoclonal antibody has good specificity and capture ability for primary liver cancer.
