代建制是我国投资管理体制改革的重要举措。它的实施为医院建设提供了专业化的建设管理团队,对医院建设有着十分积极的作用。通过对我国代建制现状分析,结合两个医疗项目建设实行代建制的情况,总结医疗项目中设计和代建方之间的协调工作及存在的问题,共同促进社会健康事业的进步。 Agent Construction System is an Important Measure for the Reform of China’s Investment Management System. Its implementation provides a specialized construction and management team for hospital construction and plays a very active role in hospital construction. Through the analysis of the status quo of the generation system in our country and the implementation of the agency system in the construction of two medical projects, the paper summarizes the coordination and problems existing between the design and the construction side in the medical project and promotes the progress of social health.
