以深圳为例,前期物业管理招投标的主要依据有《中华人民共和国招标投标法》(以下简称《招标投标法》)及其实施细则、《物业管理条例》、《前期物业管理招标投标管理暂行办法》(以下简称《暂行办法》)、《深圳经济特区物业管理条例》及其实施若干规定、深圳市住建局《关于进一步规范我市物业管理招标投标工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》)等规范性文件。在本专栏的第一期,笔者曾用一张图展示深圳市物业管理招标投标的流程,接下来,笔者将详细介绍整个流程。
Take Shenzhen as an example. The main basis of the pre-bidding for property management is “Bidding and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Bidding and Bidding Law”) and its implementing rules, “Property Management Regulations”, “Provisional Bid Management of Property Management (Hereinafter referred to as the ”Interim Measures“), the ”Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Property Management Ordinance“ and its implementation of a number of provisions, the Shenzhen Municipal Housing Authority ”to further regulate the city’s property management bidding work notice“ (hereinafter referred to as the ”Notice" ) And other normative documents. In the first installment of this column, I used a picture to show the bidding process for property management in Shenzhen. Next, I will detail the whole process.
