职业素养是从业者在从业过程中所表现出来的综合品质,包括职业道德、职业意识、职业行为习惯和职业技能。在现实中,企业往往把职业素养作为重要指标来评价员工,所以,学校作为向企业输送人才的生产者,如何生产出企业满意的员工,将是高职教育面临的一个亟须解决的问题。本文从企业需求角度出发,剖析管理类专业高职学生职业素养的内涵及培养现状,较系统提出培养途径,为高职教学的改革提出新的发展思路和行动导向。
Professionalism is the overall quality of practitioners in the process of practitioners, including professional ethics, professional awareness, professional behavior and occupational skills. In reality, enterprises tend to regard occupational accomplishment as an important indicator to evaluate their employees. Therefore, how to produce employees who are satisfied with the enterprises as the producers that deliver talents to enterprises will be an urgent problem to be solved in higher vocational education. This paper, from the perspective of enterprise needs, analyzes the connotation and cultivation status quo of occupational accomplishment of higher vocational students in management major and systematically puts forward ways to cultivate them so as to put forward new development ideas and action orientation for the reform of higher vocational education.
