平台型公司正在大行其道。沃尔玛、苹果、分众、京东……那么多大企业都是以平台模式横行各个产业。在这个以平台为中心的产业当中,平台的参与者越多,平台越具有价值。换句话说,上网的企业越多,百度越有价值;上网做贸易的公司越多,阿里巴巴越有价值;用微信的人越多,腾讯越有价值……人们对平台模式总有一种迷思,认为它是互联网企业的事儿,跟大多数传统产业毫不相关。然而,平台思维恰恰是许多企业转型的一种契机。若要摆脱传统思维模式,首先要摒弃产业链是单向垂直流向的看法。
