针对基因治疗安全性，国内外研究的重点之一是寻找理想的靶向表达载体。除了构建靶向转导载体和靶向转录载体外，还有利用可诱导的启动子或人工合成的转录因子，构建靶向诱导系统，以诱导目的基因按一定的时相表达。本文综述有关基因治疗靶向诱导载体的研究进展。
For the safety of gene therapy, one of the focuses of research at home and abroad is to find the ideal target expression vector. In addition to constructing a targeting transduction vector and a targeting transcription vector, an inducible promoter or a synthetic transcription factor is also used to construct a targeted induction system to induce expression of the desired gene in a certain time phase. This review summarizes the research progress on targeted therapy vectors for gene therapy.
