最近,我们了解了全县农村中学适应农民群众和农业生产的要求,改进学校工作的情况,想对农村中学如何从农村实际出发、更好地为农业服务的问题,作些研究。从了解的情况来看,我县各中学在为农业服务方面是做了不少工作,已经取得一些成绩。我县全日制中学共有二十九所,多数是分布在农村(就是设在集镇上的学校,学生也大都来自农村)。这些学校的毕业生,除小部分升学以外,其余绝大部分都直接参加了农业生产。现在每个大队平均有十三个中学毕业生。他们绝大多数都安心于农业生产,热爱集体,维护集体经济,在劳动中踏实肯干、吃苦耐劳,与社员打成一片,虚心向老农学习;有些毕业生还能积极钻研新的技术。他们普遍受到群众赞扬,不少人成为劳动模范、青年积极分子,有的还被群众选为生产队的管理干部。如梁垜初中三年来共有初中毕业生三百零五人,投入农业生产的毕业生二百二十八人,其中
Recently, we learned about the requirements of the county’s rural middle schools to adapt to the peasants and agricultural production, improve the situation of school work, and want to do some research on how rural middle schools can proceed from rural realities and better serve agriculture. They were generally praised by the masses. Many people became model workers, young activists, and some were selected by the masses as management cadres of the production team.
