目的:评价六氟灵洗消剂对氢氟酸眼损伤的应急洗消效果。方法:体外1 ml氢氟酸溶液(1 mol/L)用六氟灵等中和实验测定p H值、氟离子电位;体内实验采用18只兔随机分为生理盐水洗消组、六氟灵洗消组、2.5%葡萄糖酸钙溶液洗消组,各6只。每只兔一只眼睛用于洗消实验,另外一只眼睛作为对照。采用肉眼和激光多普勒分别观察眼损伤情况,肉眼观察时按照眼刺激反应分值标准记录眼刺激性反应分值。结果:六氟灵、2.5%葡萄糖酸钙溶液各20ml可使1 ml氢氟酸溶液的p H值中和至6.5、3.5,并使氟离子电位升高至250、210 mv,而生理盐水对氢氟酸溶液p H值和氟离子电位未有明显影响。激光多普勒微循环表明,六氟灵洗消组24 h后兔眼未出现明显角膜浑浊;2.5%葡萄糖酸钙溶液洗消能减轻眼损伤症状,但效果不及六氟灵;而生理盐水洗消则出现明显角膜浑浊和结膜充血水肿。结论:六氟灵对氢氟酸溶液具有快速、完全的中和作用,能明显减轻氢氟酸导致的眼损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of hexafluoride decontamination in the emergency decontamination of hydrofluoric acid eye damage. Methods: In vitro 1 ml hydrofluoric acid solution (1 mol / L) was used for determination of p H value and fluoride ion potential by neutralization experiments such as hexafluoride. In vivo, 18 rabbits were randomly divided into normal saline group, Washing group, 2.5% calcium gluconate solution to eliminate group, each 6. One eye per rabbit was used to decontaminate the experiment, and the other was used as a control. Eye damage and laser Doppler were used to observe the eye damage respectively. Eye irritation scores were recorded according to eye irritation response scores. Results: 20ml each of hexafluoride and 2.5% calcium gluconate solution neutralized the p H value of 1 ml hydrofluoric acid solution to 6.5 and 3.5, and raised the fluoride ion potential to 250 and 210 mv, Hydrofluoric acid solution p H value and fluoride ion potential had no significant effect. The laser Doppler microcirculation showed that corneal opacity was not observed in rabbit eyes after 24 h of hexafluoride decontamination; 2.5% calcium gluconate solution could relieve the symptoms of ocular injury, but the effect was not as good as that of hexafluoride; while saline Elimination of clear corneal opacity and conjunctival congestion and edema. CONCLUSION: Hexafluorine has a rapid and complete neutralization effect on hydrofluoric acid solution, and can significantly reduce hydrofluoric acid induced eye damage.
