[目的]建立超声波固相萃取高效液相色谱测定茶叶中印楝素及类似物残留量的方法。[方法]茶叶用水浸泡,在超声波仪中经乙腈提取后,过Florisil小柱净化,用反相高效液相色谱进行检测。[结果]对超声波萃取时间、功率及固相萃取洗脱溶剂、色谱分离条件进行了优化。分别进行日内稳定性及重复性及加标回收率试验。经测定,样品的加标回收率大于80%,相对标准偏差小于10%。[结论]该法简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于茶叶中印楝素残留量的日常检测。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of azadirachtin and its analogues in tea by ultrasonic solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The tea leaves were soaked in water, extracted with acetonitrile in a sonicator, purified on a Florisil cartridge, and detected by RP-HPLC. [Result] The ultrasonic extraction time, power and solid phase extraction eluting solvent and chromatographic conditions were optimized. Respectively, intraday stability and repeatability and spike recovery test. After the determination, the sample spike recovery was greater than 80%, the relative standard deviation of less than 10%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and suitable for routine testing of azadirachtin residues in tea.
