目的掌握广饶县2010~2014年围产儿出生缺陷的发生情况,分析影响出生缺陷的相关因素,不断完善干预措施,努力降低出生缺陷发生率。方法在辖区内各级助产机构开展出生缺陷医院监测,对助产机构上报的“山东省围产儿情况调查表”“医疗机构出生缺陷儿登记卡”进行统计分析,寻找影响出生缺陷的相关因素。结果 2010~2014年在广饶县分娩的围产儿数为23859,出生缺陷儿数为178,出生缺陷发生率为74.60/万,前三位出生缺陷依次为多指(趾)34例,占出生缺陷的19.10%;唇裂、腭裂、唇腭裂共17例,占出生缺陷的9.55%;先心14例,占出生缺陷的7.87%。结论妇幼重大公共卫生项目的启动,使孕前保健、孕期保健得到进一步加强,医疗机构产前筛查工作逐步展开,孕妇预防出生缺陷意识不断提升,对降低出生缺陷发生率将起到积极有效的作用。 Objective To understand the incidence of perinatal birth defects in Guangrao County from 2010 to 2014, analyze the relevant factors that affect birth defects, and continuously improve the intervention measures to reduce the incidence of birth defects. The prenatal screening work in medical institutions has been gradually carried out. The awareness of pregnant women in preventing birth defects continues to increase, which will play an active and effective role in reducing the incidence of birth defects .
