针对莲花水电站的调峰性质和坝址下游独特的地形条件,本文提出了一项设计建议,这包括:①利用截流后右河槽过水,左河槽干涸的有利条件,把左河槽和厂房尾水渠改造成下库;②在2#导流洞内布置两台容量为55.0MW的可逆式抽水蓄能发电机组,通过增加上库水量来增加调峰电量。经分析该项设计建议是切实可行的。它每年可增加调峰电量0.77亿kWh(远期为1.45亿kWh),增加汛期基荷电量0.39亿kWh,即投资不大而经济效益显著。
In view of the peaking characteristics of Lianhua hydropower station and the unique terrain conditions downstream of the dam site, a design suggestion is proposed in this paper. This includes: ①using the right flume in the right bank and the left flume in the left bank after drying up, And transform into a lower reservoir; (2) Reversible Pumped Storage Power Generating Units of 55.0 MW are arranged in No. 2 diversion tunnel and the peak discharge capacity is increased by increasing the amount of water in the upper reservoir. After analyzing the design proposal is feasible. It can increase the annual peaking electricity consumption of 77 million kWh (forward 145 million kWh) and increase the base load of 39 million kWh in flood season, which means that the investment is small and the economic benefit is significant.
