浮选矿浆液位控制好坏是直接影响选矿回收率及精矿质量的一个重要因素。目前国内没有适用于矿浆液位测量和控制的定型产品。本文讨论的自行研制的XNM-94矿浆液位变送器,配用SR-53智能数字控制器,组成矿浆液位测量控制系统,在西林铅锌矿锌浮选流程中获得成功的应用。该浮选矿浆液位测量控制系统设计合理,所用仪表选型正确,安装调试容易,工人操作简单,矿浆液位测量精确,控制效果良好,完全满足选矿工艺对矿浆液应测量和控制的要求。
Flotation slurry level control is a direct impact on beneficiation recovery and concentrate quality is an important factor. At present, there is no stereotyped product suitable for the measurement and control of ore pulp level. The XNM-94 slurry level transmitter developed in this paper, which is discussed in this paper, is equipped with SR-53 intelligent digital controller to form a slurry level measurement and control system and is successfully applied in the zinc flotation process of Xilin lead-zinc mine. The flotation slurry level measurement and control system is designed reasonably, the instrument selection is correct, the installation is easy, the worker is easy to operate, the slurry level is measured accurately and the control effect is good. It fully meets the requirement of ore dressing fluid measurement and control.
