目的将胶体金和肺癌靶向性多肽ZS-1制成金探针对肺癌早期血清进行筛查,通过显色差异达到早期诊断肺癌的目的,并为后期胶体金试纸的研制奠定基础。方法首先制备胶体金,将胶体金和实验室前期利用噬菌体展示肽库筛选得到的肺癌靶向性多肽ZS-1做成金探针,利用间接法检测早期肺癌患者血清中的特异性抗原。方法成功制备金探针,对肺癌早期病人血清进行筛查,以正常人血清为对照,结果肺癌血清和正常血清的显色有明显差异。结论制得的金探针可以作为肺癌早期诊断的工具,价廉、检测简便,对肺癌的早期诊断具有重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the early serum of lung cancer by gold probe, which is targeted by colloidal gold and lung cancer targeting peptide ZS-1, to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of lung cancer by color difference and to lay the foundation for the development of colloidal gold test paper later. Methods Firstly, colloidal gold was prepared and the lung cancer targeting peptide ZS-1 screened by phage displayed peptide library in the lab was used as a gold probe to detect the specific antigen in serum of early-stage lung cancer patients by indirect method. Methods Gold probes were successfully prepared to screen the serum of early stage lung cancer patients. The normal human serum was used as a control. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the color of lung cancer serum and normal serum. Conclusion The gold probe can be used as a tool for early diagnosis of lung cancer, inexpensive, easy to detect, for the early diagnosis of lung cancer is of great significance.
