我国首个营养管理办法实施2010年9月1日,我国卫生部出台第一个营养管理办法:《营养改善工作管理办法》。此营养管理方法主要是针对“营养过剩情况很严重”的现状。一些专家指出,营养过剩主要是营养素摄入结构失衡和能量没有得到合理消耗所致,由此也就导致了超重和肥胖现象的增加,相关慢性病发病率也出现上升。
China’s first nutrition management measures to implement September 1, 2010, China’s Ministry of Health issued the first nutrition management approach: “nutrition improvement work management approach.” This nutritional management method is mainly for the “status of excess nutrients is very serious ” status. Some experts pointed out that overnutrition is mainly caused by the unbalanced nutrient intake structure and energy consumption which are not reasonably consumed. As a result, overweight and obesity have been increased, and the incidence of related chronic diseases has also risen.
