自发性破裂出血是肝细胞癌的严重并发症,有研究报道发病率为12%~14%[1],这些患者需要得到及时的救治,因此早期诊断非常重要,目前国内超声诊断肝细胞癌自发性破裂的文献较少,本文搜集本院44例肝细胞癌自发性破裂出血患者的临床及超声图像资料,以帮助本病的早期诊断。现报告如下。
