外语学习焦虑被证实能干扰学习者的思维过程,影响学习者的认知活动,其研究范围逐步从广义的焦虑转向听、说、读、写、译等各种语言技能训练过程中产生的焦虑问题。蒙古族大学生从小学接受以蒙语为母语的“三语”教育,英语水平普遍偏低。英语阅读在学习和教学过程中起到非常重要的作用,所以提高蒙古族大学生的阅读能力非常必要。本文主要介绍蒙古族大学生阅读过程中产生的焦虑原因,并对如何降低在英语阅读过程中产生的焦虑问题提出建议和方法。
Foreign language learning anxiety has been proved to interfere with the thinking process of learners and affect learners’ cognitive activities. The scope of their research gradually shifted from generalized anxiety to anxiety caused by language skills training such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation problem. Mongolian college students receive the “three languages” education with Mongolian as their mother tongue from elementary school, and their English proficiency is generally low. English reading plays a very important role in learning and teaching, so it is necessary to improve the reading ability of Mongolian college students. This article mainly introduces the causes of anxiety that Mongolian college students make during their reading, and puts forward suggestions and methods on how to reduce the anxiety that arises in reading English.
