大牛地气田冬季平均气温低,最低达到-30℃以下,气井生产受气温影响大,随着气温的降低管线堵塞频繁发生,严重影响到气井的正常生产~([1])。尤其是近年来频繁出现的注醇管线堵塞情况,导致堵塞井无法通过站内注醇泵泵注甲醇、泡排剂等各类药剂,被动的采取井口排水及预防措施,大幅增加了人员日常工作量。目前大牛地气田出现的注醇管线堵塞井,多为各种药剂通过站内注醇泵混注后经过注醇管线在管内结垢所致,解堵困难。常用的解堵方法有注醇解堵和降压解堵。
