为研究温拌剂对橡胶改性沥青降黏的效果,研究了4种温拌剂(Sasobit,Asphaltan A,Asphaltan B和Licomont)对橡胶改性沥青性能的影响。对50号基质沥青和橡胶改性沥青(15%橡胶粉)进行了旋转黏度、软化点、针入度和弹性恢复的试验,分析了不同用量的温拌剂对上述试验结果的影响。结果表明:4种温拌剂均可以降低橡胶改性沥青的黏度,提高软化点和减少针入度;但对橡胶改性沥青的弹性恢复影响并不明确。
In order to study the effect of warm mix on the viscosity reduction of rubber modified asphalt, the effects of four warm mix additives (Sasobit, Asphaltan A, Asphaltan B and Licomont) on the properties of rubber modified asphalt were studied. The rotational viscosity, softening point, penetration and elastic recovery of 50 # asphalt and rubber modified asphalt (15% rubber powder) were tested. The effects of different dosage of warm mix on the above test results were analyzed. The results showed that all the four kinds of warm mixes could reduce the viscosity of rubber modified asphalt, increase the softening point and decrease the penetration of rubber. However, the effect of rubber modified asphalt on elastic recovery was not clear.
