Setting a scholarship for “play ” represents the school’s emphasis on student associations, and more on behalf of the unique “investment” of the school. In the new version of senior high school students ’overall quality evaluation, community activities become an important carrier to measure students’ ideological and moral qualities. In many high schools, there is indeed a sharp contradiction between student participation in community activities and the guarantee of study time, which is a dilemma. Although students are interested in community activities, however, once the academic increase, it naturally compressed the activity time. Many schools even think of community activities as an indispensable embellishment. They need to organize and decorate their facades when they are displayed. However, there are no clear ideas or long-term paths for implementing, managing and evaluating in peacetime. Therefore, social activities can easily be marginalized.
