Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment (HBO) on nitric oxide and its synthase in plateau. Methods: ①A total of 20 young men and women who were accustomed to taking place at an altitude of 3700m were divided into 2 groups: pre-HBO (control group), pretreatment 5 (group A, 10) and pretreatment 2 8 days and 2 days, 5 days for their own exercise load test, the end of exercise measured blood levels of nitric oxide (NO) and its synthase (NOS) content; ② 29 young people were divided into HBO group (11) HBO group received HBO pretreatment at an altitude of 1400m two days before entering the plateau for 2 consecutive days. On the 3rd day, the HBO group arrived at an altitude of 5200m at the same time by car. At 5 days after the arrival, The fasting venous blood was taken from 20 young adults. The height of 20 young people arrived at an altitude of 3700m by altitude at 1400m, divided into HBO group (10 persons) and control group (10 persons). HBO group was treated with HBO for 3 days, once daily, At the same time, the group was stationed at 5380m above sea level. On the fifth day after arrival, fasting ventral blood was collected. Results: The altitude of 3700m, 5200m and 5380m, HBO pretreatment group than the control group NO, NOS increased, the difference was significant (P <0.01 or <0.05). Conclusion: HBO pretreatment can increase the content of NO, reduce the damage of hypoxic tissue and improve the blood circulation. Proper prolongation of HBO treatment, as much as possible to maintain serum NO release levels, improve the hypoxic inhibition of NOS activity.
