目的 : 分析深黄被孢霉菌粉 (菌粉 ,Mortierella isabellina)的一般营养成分及其对大鼠脂代谢紊乱的预防和调节作用。方法 : 菌粉一般营养成分分析按食品常规分析方法。对大鼠脂代谢紊乱的预防试验采用高脂饲料加不同剂量菌粉喂养 1 0 d;对脂代谢紊乱的调节试验先建立大鼠高脂血模型 ,再以不同剂量菌粉饲喂 30 d。结果 : 菌粉含有 2 0 %的蛋白质和超过 5 0 %的油脂 ,蛋白质中必需氨基酸含量非常丰富 ,而油脂中含有很高的亚油酸和亚麻酸等必需脂肪酸 ;菌粉还含有较高的有益微量元素和维生素 E。以 0 .6和 1 .2 g/( kg· d)剂量饲喂大鼠可有效预防 TG、VLDL- C升高 ;以 0 .6、1 .2、2 .4g/( kg· d)三个剂量饲喂的高血脂大鼠的 TG、TC及 VLDL- C都有极显著的下降 ,2 .4g/kg和 1 .2 g/kg剂量组大鼠的 LDL- C也有显著的下降 ,2 .4g/kg剂量组大鼠的 HDL- C水平还有显著的上升。结论 : 菌粉能有效地预防高脂血症 ,对大鼠脂代谢紊乱具有显著的调节作用。
Objective: To analyze the general nutritional components of Mortierella isabellina and their preventive and regulative effects on lipid metabolism in rats. Methods: General analysis of bacterial powder nutrition by routine analysis of food. Prevention of lipid metabolism disorders in rats using high-fat diet plus different doses of powder feeding 10 d; regulation of lipid metabolism disorder rat model of hyperlipidemia, and then fed with different doses of bacterial powder 30 d. Results: The bacterial powder contained 20% protein and more than 50% fat. The content of essential amino acids in the protein was very rich while the fat contained high essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid. The powder also contained higher Beneficial trace elements and vitamin E. Administration of 0. 6 and 1.2 g / (kg · d) doses of TG could effectively prevent the increase of TG and VLDL-C, The levels of TG, TC and VLDL-C in hyperlipidemic rats fed with different dosages had a significant decrease. LDL-C in 2 and 4 g / kg and 1.2 g / kg groups also decreased significantly, 2 HDL-C levels in the 4g / kg dose group also increased significantly. Conclusion: The bacterial powder can effectively prevent hyperlipidemia and has a significant regulatory effect on lipid metabolism in rats.
