扶贫资金管理就是对用于扶助贫困的资金进行管理,用以规范扶助贫困资金的筹集与使用,使得扶贫资金能够落到实处,完全按照相关法规来使用,以帮助贫困地区脱贫致富。当前扶贫资金管理中存在着资金分配、资金使用以及资金监督管理问题,因此要通过合理分配和使用扶贫资金,强化扶贫资金监督管理等措施,确保扶贫资金安全。
Poverty Alleviation and Capital Management refers to the management of funds used for poverty alleviation to standardize the collection and use of poverty alleviation funds so that poverty alleviation funds can be implemented in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations so as to help the poor areas get rid of poverty and prosperity. In the current poverty alleviation fund management, there are problems of fund allocation, fund use and fund supervision and management. Therefore, measures such as the rational distribution and use of poverty alleviation funds and the supervision and management of poverty alleviation funds should be ensured so as to ensure funds for poverty alleviation.
