BIM技术被称为建筑业的第二次革命,已成为建筑业信息化发展的趋势。本文认为将BIM技术融入工程管理专业课程体系是工程管理专业教学模式改革的必然趋势,也是适应建筑业信息化发展的必然要求,有助于提高工程管理专业的实践动手能力,也是参与国际建筑市场竞争的迫切需要。但目前存在教学目标不明确、对现有课程体系存在较大冲击、师资力量缺乏、以及技术资源投入大等障碍,针对这些障碍提出了一些解决的思路。
BIM technology is called the second revolution in the construction industry, which has become the trend of informationization in the construction industry. This paper holds that the integration of BIM technology into the curriculum system of engineering management is an inevitable trend in the reform of the teaching mode of engineering management, as well as an inevitable requirement for the development of informatization in the construction industry. It helps to improve the practice ability of engineering management major and also participates in the international construction market The urgent need of competition. However, the current teaching objectives are not clear, there is a big impact on the existing curriculum system, the lack of teachers, and technical resources such as large obstacles, in view of these obstacles put forward some solutions.
