精密内圆磨削过程的灰色系统模型研究与质量控制系统设计

预报补偿与控制技术是提高精密内圆磨削质量的有效途径。在分析轴承内圈内圆磨削质量的基础上,指出精密内圆磨削过程可视为一典型的灰色系统,灰色系统GM(1,1)模型将有助于进一步认识内圆磨削过程的本质。建模仿真结果表明,GM(1,1)模型可以较好地描述工件磨削尺寸误差序列的趋势项,基于此,就可以对内国后削过程实施预报补偿控制。设计了旨在提高轴承内圈内圆磨削质量和效率的控制系统。 Forecast compensation and control technology is an effective way to improve the quality of precision internal grinding. Based on the analysis of the internal grinding quality of the bearing inner circle, it is pointed out that the precision internal grinding process can be regarded as a typical gray system.
