目的探讨人体直肠癌周不同部位粘膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在正常直肠粘膜、直肠腺瘤、直肠癌及癌周不同部位粘膜上皮细胞中的表达及意义。方法采取正常直肠粘膜10例,直肠腺瘤20例,直肠癌远旁、近旁和癌粘膜各30例。应用免疫组化染色(SP法)检测EGFR的表达。结果正常直肠粘膜、直肠腺癌和直肠癌粘膜EGFR阳性率分别为0、30%和73.3%,各组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。直肠癌远旁、近旁和癌粘膜EGFR阳性率分别为3.3%、20.0%和73.3%,三者之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论EGFR表达与直肠癌的分化程度、分期和淋巴结转移有关;与组织学类型无关;EGFR与直肠癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of mucosal epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in different regions of human rectal cancer in normal rectal mucosa, rectal adenoma, rectal cancer, and mucosal epithelial cells in different sites. Methods 10 cases of normal rectal mucosa, 20 cases of rectal adenoma, 30 cases of rectal cancer distal, proximal and cancerous mucosa were used. Immunohistochemical staining (SP method) was used to detect the expression of EGFR. Results The positive rates of EGFR in normal rectal mucosa, rectal adenocarcinoma, and rectal cancer were 0, 30%, and 73.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). The positive rates of EGFR in distal, proximal and cancerous mucosa of rectal cancer were 3.3%, 20.0%, and 73.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference among the three (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of EGFR is related to the differentiation, staging and lymph node metastasis of rectal cancer. It is not related to histological type. EGFR is closely related to the occurrence and development of rectal cancer.
