如何坚定教师党员理想信念是新时期高校党建面临的重要课题和严峻挑战。学习型党组织建设是加强教师党员理想信念教育的有效载体和重要抓手,把党校作为主渠道,网络作为主阵地,支部作为基础力量,实践作为重要形式,是促进教师党员坚定理想信念的有效途径。
How to Strengthen the Ideal and Faith of Teachers, Party Members and Students Is an Important Issue and Challenge Facing the Party Building in Colleges and Universities in the New Period. The construction of learning party organizations is an effective carrier and an important starting point to strengthen the education of ideal and faith of party members. Taking the party school as the main channel, the network as the main front, the branch as the basic force, and the practice as an important form are the effective ways to promote the teachers’ ideals and beliefs firm way.
