目的调查护理专业学生的专业承诺情况、相关影响因素及原因。方法选取2014年渭南某高职院校护理专业561名学生,采用匿名问卷调查形式,分析护理专业学生专业承诺情况及相关影响因素。结果护理学生的总承诺评分随着年级的增长呈下降态势,且不同年级学生的努力意愿、生涯步入、正向评价、价值认同和总承诺比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理专业女生、第一志愿学生的各因子及总承诺平均高于男生和非第一志愿学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);来自于农村地区、非独生子女学生的专业承诺评分高于来自于城市的学生和独生子女,且除价值认同因子外,其余各因子及总承诺评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);来自于原配家庭和年收入10万元以上家庭学生的专业承诺评分高于单亲、离异和再婚家庭及年收入低于10万元家庭,且除价值认同和总承诺外,其余因子评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理专业学生各因子评分及各因子每题平均分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理学生的专业承诺受学生性别、年级、志愿批次、家庭情况、父母婚姻状况等多种因素的影响,提升护理专业学生的专业承诺应切实改善影响其因素的多个环节。
Objective To investigate the professional commitment of nursing students, related factors and reasons. Methods A total of 561 nursing students in a vocational college in Weinan in 2014 were selected. Anonymous questionnaires were used to analyze the professional commitment of nurses and related factors. Results The score of total commitment of nursing students decreased with the growth of grade, and the difference of effort commitment, career progression, positive evaluation, value recognition and total commitment of students in different grades had statistical significance (P <0.05) (P <0.05); professional commitment from students in rural areas and non-only children was significantly higher than that of male students and non-first-choice students The scores were higher than those from urban students and only children, with the exception of the value recognition factor, the other factors and the total commitment score were significantly different (P <0.05); from the original family with an annual income of 100,000 yuan The scores of professional commitment of above-mentioned family students were higher than that of single-parent, divorced and remarried families, and the families whose annual income was less than 100,000 yuan. There were significant differences in scores of other factors besides value recognition and total commitment (P <0.05) There was significant difference (P <0.05) in nursing students score of each factor and average score of each factor in each question. Conclusion Nursing students’ professional commitment is affected by many factors, such as gender, grade, volunteer batch, family situation, marital status of parents and so on. Improving professional commitment of nursing students should effectively improve many aspects that affect their factors.
