对山西省1558名高中生进行了班主任之师生互动风格的问卷调查,结果发现,高中班主任之师生互动风格的基本特点表现为较高的亲和、友善性和支配控制性,这一基本特点有利于促进良好班级环境的形成与学生的发展。此外,高中班主任之师生互动风格的基本特点存在校际间的显著性差异,主要表现为办学水平越高,班主任的帮助、理解等友善行为越突出。这种差异很可能是由于不同学校的班主任对其班级学生的整体性认知评价不同造成的。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1558 high school students in Shanxi Province on the interactive style between teachers and students. The results showed that the basic characteristics of teacher-student interaction style in senior middle school teachers showed high affinity, friendliness and controllability. This basic Features conducive to promoting the formation of a good class environment and student development. In addition, the basic characteristics of teacher-student interaction style of senior middle school teachers are notably different from one school to another. The higher the level of running a school, the more prominent the help and understanding of headteachers are. This discrepancy is most likely due to the differences in the overall perceptions of class teachers among different school heads.
