机械压力机在冲压工作中,由于误操作、板料厚度不均匀、钢板强度变化以及安装和调整模具时滑块闭合高度调整的不准确等原因,均会引起超负荷。在超负荷作用下,保险装置经常发生损坏,严重影响设备正常运行。为解决这一问题,国外在六十年代发展了液压式可恢复保险装置,由于该装置较破坏式保险装置具有超载后恢复工作快、使用可靠、操作维护方便、生产率高、节约材料等优点,故该装置已广泛应用在大型机械压力机上。图1为J36B/800型闭式双点压力机原采用的气液式液压保险装置系统图。
