建立了车辆运行状态地面安全监测装置的仿真测试平台 ,对C62A空车模型进行了随机试验分析 ,考虑的随机因素包括车辆的初始状态和统计速度差异。分析表明地面安全监测装置所测量的轮轨力及相应指标是受诸多因素影响的呈一定分布的随机变量。在此基础上讨论了车辆运行状态单测点地面安全监测装置和车辆运行状态多测点地面安全监测装置对状态不良车辆评判的原则。
The simulation test platform of the ground safety monitoring device for vehicle operating status was established. The random test of C62A empty vehicle model was carried out. The random factors were considered including the initial state of the vehicle and the difference of statistical speed. The analysis shows that the wheel-rail force and corresponding indexes measured by the ground safety monitoring device are random variables with certain distribution affected by many factors. On this basis, the principle of single-point ground safety monitoring device for vehicle operating status and multi-point ground safety monitoring device for vehicle operating status are discussed.
