一、引言在炼油厂的催化裂化装置中,再生器、反应器(以下简称两器)设备的衬里是十分重要的。自六十年代中期以来,在我国的催化裂化装置中,两器衬里一般采用龟甲网双层衬里结构(图1)。在该结构中采用金属龟甲网支撑耐磨层,虽然整体性较好,但它结构复杂、施工程序多、工期长、施工难度大、工程投资昂贵。金属龟甲网与龟甲网之间焊接质量不好时,在高温下由于温度应力,往往造成衬里开裂、鼓包和脱落。为了适应催化裂化技术的发展,从1981年起,我们进行了两器无龟甲网衬里的技术开发,于
I. INTRODUCTION In the catalytic cracking unit of a refinery, the lining of the regenerator and the reactor (hereinafter referred to as the “two-device”) is very important. Since the mid-1960s, in China’s catalytic cracking unit, the two linings generally use a tortoiseshell mesh double-lining structure (Figure 1). In this structure, the metal tortoiseshell net is used to support the wear-resistant layer. Although the integrity is good, the structure is complex, the construction procedures are long, the construction period is long, the construction is difficult, and the project investment is expensive. Metal tortoiseshell mesh and tortoise shells welded poor quality, due to temperature stress at high temperatures, often resulting in lining cracking, bulging and falling off.
