针对当前高炉长寿管理滞后和针对性差的现状,将高炉炉缸工艺设计、传热学理论与高炉操作工艺相结合,开发了一套炉缸长寿智能管理系统。除传统炉缸侵蚀模型的炭砖侵蚀曲线计算功能以外,还具有凝铁层在线监控、炉缸气隙判断、凝铁层减薄原因诊断和给出针对性改善建议4项核心功能。该系统全部模块均进行在线监测、计算、诊断和建议,其关键目的不是计算侵蚀曲线,而是防止炉缸侵蚀的发生,可为做好高炉的长寿管理,延长高炉寿命起到重要作用。
In view of the current status of lagging and poorly targeted management of blast furnace longevity, the blast furnace hearth process design, heat transfer theory and blast furnace operation technology are combined to develop a longevity longevity intelligent management system. In addition to the calculation function of the erosion curve of the carbonization brick of the traditional hearth erosion model, it also has the online monitoring of the coagulation layer, the judgment of the air gap of the hearth, the diagnosis of the coagulation layer thinning and the four core functions of the proposed improvement suggestions. All the modules of the system are online monitored, calculated, diagnosed and proposed. The key purpose of this system is not to calculate the erosion curve but to prevent the erosion of the hearth. It can play an important role in long-life management of the blast furnace and prolonging the life of the blast furnace.
