城市水问题是一个全球关注的话题。２００１年６月１８日至２０日在法国马赛召开的以“ 城市水管理正处在边缘，是走到了尽头还是充满了希望”为题的水资源综合管理学术研讨会 ，总结了城市水资源综合管理的现状，回顾了发达国家走过的历程，介绍了一些国家和地区 的管理经验，披露了存在的问题，提出了２１世纪综合管理城市水资源的新途径。
Urban water is a topic of global concern.
