接受松牙内固定术者29人(男14女15人),平均年龄35.54岁,经治牙为40个单根牙,诊断为牙周災与牙周牙髓联合病变各20个牙齿:33个Ⅲ°松动、Ⅱ°7个。术后3～61个月复查:显效65％,好转15％及无变化20％,后者有随观察期的延长而减少的趋势。值得注意的是:牙周牙髓联合病变与牙周炎效果相同,表明前者并非禁忌,牙齿松动程度与疗效无明显关系。钛合金与低碳不锈钢疗效相似,可根据条件选择应用。
Twenty-nine people (14 males and 15 females) undergoing internal fixation of loose teeth with an average age of 35.54 years and a mean number of 40 single root teeth were diagnosed as 20 teeth with periodontal disease and periodontal endodontic disease respectively. A Ⅲ ° loose, Ⅱ ° 7 months. Postoperative 3 to 61 months of review: markedly effective 65%, 15% improvement and no change 20%, the latter with the extension of the observation period to reduce the trend. It is noteworthy that: the combination of periodontal and pulpontal lesions and periodontitis the same effect, indicating that the former is not a taboo, the degree of tooth loss and efficacy no significant relationship. Titanium and low carbon stainless steel curative effect is similar, can choose application according to the condition.
