针对热轧带钢卸卷过程中形成的塔形缺陷进行了原因分析,得出卸卷小车上升高度不够和芯轴二次涨径值不到位是其主要成因,并分别对因触卷压力设定过小、松卷、卸卷小车溜位等造成的卸卷小车上升高度不够,因芯轴涨缩时序太晚、芯轴涨缩压力太小造成的芯轴二次涨径值不到位进行了详细分析。并据此对X80管线钢卸卷中常出现的外圈塔形问题采取相应措施后,塔形问题再没出现过。
