借助于电子显微镜,对不同成份的高铬耐磨堆焊金属的显微组织进行了对比分析。结果表明,堆焊层中高硬度的碳化物Cr7C3在α-Fe基体上呈粒状且均匀分布时,其耐磨性优于碳化物Cr7C3在γ-Fe基体上呈粗大板条状且分布不均匀的情况。
