随着国际原油价格的持续走低,石油炼化行业的经济效益和市场情况将长期处于低迷状态,这对炼油企业的管理和降本增效方面提出了更高的要求,建立完善的绩效考核体系不仅有助于企业内部的规范化管理,提升运营效率和效益,还能进一步推动企业的长远发展。这也是炼油企业面对强大的经济竞争压力下的有效应对措施。本文首先分析了炼油企业绩效考核体系的提出背景,然后研究了绩效考核体系的确立原则和构成,最后针对目前企业中存在的典型问题提出了想法和建议,希望对绩效考核体系的建立和完善提供一定的参考价值。
