目前一系列新发展的技术为我们进一步改进MTU956/1163系列发动机奠定了基础。在扩大性能特性范围和达到良好的燃料消耗值的同时,获得了30巴的平均有效压力,并保留了紧凑的结构,重量—功率比也进一步降低。 压缩比大约降低到8.5,这可使功率输出增加40%,并且不增加机械负荷和热负荷。这些新技术对起动和怠速性能没有不利的影响。 本文介绍在研究发动机和一台两缸试验机上所取得的结果,以及有关本系列发动机设计方面的问题。
A series of newly developed technologies have laid the foundation for further improvement of MTU956 / 1163 series engines. While expanding the range of performance characteristics and achieving good fuel consumption values, an average effective pressure of 30 bar was obtained with a compact structure retained and the weight-to-power ratio was further reduced. The compression ratio is reduced to about 8.5, which increases the power output by 40% without adding mechanical and thermal loads. These new technologies have no adverse effect on starting and idle performance. This article presents the results of researching engines and a two-cylinder test machine, as well as questions about the design of this series of engines.
