本实验应用放射免疫测定和电镜技术研究了大鼠经腹腔注射和灌胃小剂量三氯化镨(PrCl3)后,血清中甲状腺激素(T_3、T_4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度的变化。并在电镜下观察了甲状腺和脑垂体的超微结构。其结果显示:经腹腔注射,1、剂量PrCl_3(0.05mg/kg)后,大鼠血清中T_3和T_4浓度显著增高,TSH水平无明显变化;经灌胃等量的PrCl_3后,大鼠血清中T_3、T_4和TSH浓度均无明显变化。在电镜下,甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞和腺垂体中的促甲状腺激素细胞超微结构所见均与血清中激素浓度变化意义相同。
In this experiment, the changes of thyroid hormone (T_3, T_4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels in serum were investigated by radioimmunoassay and electron microscopy after intraperitoneal injection of small doses of PrCl3. The ultrastructure of thyroid and pituitary gland was observed under electron microscope. The results showed that after intraperitoneal injection of PrCl_3 (0.05mg / kg), the concentrations of T_3 and T_4 in rat serum were significantly increased, while the levels of TSH did not change significantly. After the rats were administered with the same amount of PrCl_3, There was no significant change in T_3, T_4 and TSH concentrations. Under electron microscopy, thyroid follicular epithelial cells and thyroid gland pituitary thyroid hormone ultrastructure seen with the same significance of changes in serum hormone concentrations.
