本文在对大量历史资料进行整合的基础上,对美国20世纪60年代以后的房地产金融市场的四次显著周期进行研究,并希望籍此为我国房地产金融市场的良性发展提供借鉴。
Based on the integration of a large amount of historical data, this paper studies four significant cycles of the real estate financial market after the 1960s in the United States and hopes to provide reference for the healthy development of the real estate financial market in our country.
