用形态学方法比较了兔的动脉粥样硬化损伤后穿心莲用药组和对照组血管横切面、中层、新生内膜及血管腔的面积。结果显示:动脉损伤后随着内膜的增厚,病变动脉段代偿性增粗。动脉管腔面积穿心莲用药组(1.16±0.43)mm~2明显大于未用药的对照组(0.75±0.38)mm~2,P<0.01;同时,血管横切面积穿心莲用药组(3.91±0.83)mm~2显著大于未用药的对照组(3.59±0.73)mm~2,P<0.01,而中层及新生内膜面积两组无显著性差异。结果说明:穿心莲能促进动脉损伤后的血管重构。
Morphological methods were used to compare the areas of transverse, mid-layer, neointimal, and vascular lumens of rabbits in the andrographolide group and control group after atherosclerotic lesions in rabbits. The results showed that with the thickening of the intima after arterial injury, the lesioned arterial segment was compensatoryly thickened. The area of arterial lumen with andrographis drug group (1.16±0.43) mm~2 was significantly greater than that of the non-medicated control group (0.75±0.38) mm~2, P<0.01; meanwhile, the cross-sectional area of blood vessels of the andrographis group was (3.91±0.83) mm. ~2 was significantly greater than the untreated control group (3.59±0.73) mm~2, P<0.01, while there was no significant difference between the middle and neointimal areas. The results show that: Andrographis can promote vascular remodeling after arterial injury.
