针对高职院校,探讨了产学研结合中“研”如何定位,指出了当前产学研结合中普遍存在的问题,分析了电力院校产学研结合的优势和劣势,介绍了郑州电力高等专科学校在开展深度产学研合作的实践。认为在当前政策条件下,学校有效的激励、组织和教师个人的敬业奉献是开展深度产学研合作的必要条件。
For higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses how to position “research” in the combination of production, study and research, points out the problems that exist in the combination of production, study and research, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the combination of production, study and research, College in carrying out in-depth cooperation in production and research practice.
