目的:探讨经腹B超联合宫腔镜取出嵌顿宫内节育器(IUD)的临床价值及效果。方法:对2014年6月一2015年2月,我院门诊常规方法取节育器失败,节育器宫内嵌顿的42例患者,应用B超联合宫腔镜进行治疗。结果:B超引导下联合宫腔镜取出嵌顿宫内节育器42例患者中36例成功,成功率达85.7%。手术操作时间平均18.7分钟,出血量18.7ml(2.6-32.7ml),36例术后无感染病例,2周后复查恢复良好。结论:B超联合宫腔镜取出嵌顿宫内节育器,可提高取出的成功率,有利于提高手术的准确性,缩短手术时间,减少并发症,减轻患者的痛苦,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value and effect of transabdominal B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in removing IUD. Methods: From June 2014 to February 2015, 42 outpatients with IUD failure and IUD implantation were treated by B-mode hysteroscopy. Results: 36 cases of 42 cases of IUD with B-guided hysteroscopy were successfully treated with a success rate of 85.7%. The operation time averaged 18.7 minutes, the amount of bleeding was 18.7ml (2.6-32.7ml), 36 cases had no postoperative infection and recovered well after 2 weeks. Conclusion: B-hysteroscopy combined with IUD insertion can improve the success rate of extraction, which is beneficial to improve the accuracy of operation, shorten the operation time, reduce the complications and relieve the suffering of patients. It is worth popularizing.
