系统研究了ICP-AES法的测量条件与基体元素对钪谱线强度的影响和内标元素的校正作用。确定了内标元素、优化了测量条件,建立了铁矿中痕量钪的直接测定方法,本法以钇或镱为内标用于两种铁矿中痕量钪的测定,结果满意。
The influences of the measurement conditions of ICP-AES method and the intensity of matrix elements on the scandium intensity and the correction of internal standard elements were systematically studied. The internal standard elements were determined and the measuring conditions were optimized. The direct determination method of trace scandium in iron ore was established. The method was applied to the determination of trace scandium in two iron ores with yttrium or ytterbium as internal standard, and the results were satisfactory.
