当我拿到由巴音职业技术学院白永红院长所著的《职业教育就是就业教育》一书时,就被书名深深地吸引住了,作者把职业教育的本质高度的提炼,用非常精练的四个字表寓职业教育。从书名来看可以理解成两层含义:一层是宏观与微观的结合:职业教育是一个宏观的层面,无论是内涵还是外延都是非常宽泛的领域;就业教育相对于职业教育来讲只是一个微观的层面,对职业院校来讲,涉及到的主要是技术层面的操作。另一层是理论与实践的结合:职业教育离不开市场经济,从某种意义上来讲,又是市场经济的产物,所以,必须用法律来规范。由中国的国情所决定,我国的职业教育离不开政府的扶持,因此,政府要指明职业教育的发展方向,要给政策、方针。这样,法律、政策、方针从宏观层面上规范着我国的职业教 When I got the book entitled “Vocational Education is Job Education” by Dean Bai Yonghong of Bayin Vocational and Technical College, he was deeply attracted by the book’s title.
