对汽车排气颗粒中有机馏分的分析,一般是在溶剂萃取之后运用气相色谱法或质谱法。但这些分析方法都需要耗费较长的时间。随着技术的不断推进,利用原有的分析仪已无法及时并定量地检测气溶胶的质量及化学成分。近来推出了一些具备一定气溶胶分析能力的检测技术。实时气溶胶质谱分析仪(AMS)旨在提供颗粒物整体化学成分的相关信息,其中大多数分析仪还能提供粒径的相关数据。尝试利用一种被设计用于航空研究的四极质谱分析仪(QMS)来获得在气溶胶颗粒中存在的半挥发性成分的质量负荷。将AMS与利用了QMS技术的飞行时间质谱仪(TOFMS)连接,以连续测定汽车排气颗粒中的半挥发性化学成分。连接了TOFMS的AMS被命名为“TOFAMS”。介绍了利用TOFAMS测定不同汽车排气颗粒中半挥发性化学成分的结果。
The analysis of the organic fraction in the exhaust particles of a vehicle is generally carried out by gas chromatography or mass spectrometry after solvent extraction. However, these analysis methods take a long time. With the continuous advancement of technology, the quality and chemical composition of aerosol can not be detected timely and quantitatively by using the original analyzer. Recently some detection technologies with some aerosol analysis capabilities have been introduced. The real-time Aerosol Mass Spectrometer (AMS) is designed to provide information on the overall chemical composition of the particles, most of which also provide particle size data. Attempts to utilize a quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS) designed for aeronautical research to obtain the mass loading of the semi-volatile constituents present in the aerosol particles. AMS was connected to a time of flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS) using QMS technology to continuously measure the semi-volatile chemical composition of automotive exhaust particles. AMS with TOFMS connected is named “TOFAMS ”. The results of using TOFAMS to measure the semi-volatile chemical composition in different automobile exhaust particles are introduced.
