用HLA-DR单克隆抗体和ABC免疫酶标及Mg~(++)-ATP酶组化技术,在电镜下观察B细胞性恶性淋巴瘤及非肿瘤性淋巴组织标本各4例,成功地观察到良、恶性B淋巴细胞膜上均有电子致密黑色的HLA-DR抗原和ATP酶反应物沉淀。良性B细胞膜上反应物量少,分布均匀,恶性B淋巴细胞膜上反应物量多呈不均匀的串珠状分布,这为研究肿瘤性B淋巴细胞在超微结构水平上提供了二种标记物的形态学依据。
