I. Scope of Study This procedure simulates the evolution of a complex watershed system over time. It is a useful tool to generate and evaluate the hydrological characteristics of the multi-program system of the river basin and the optimal scheme. The program uses a comprehensive and flexible approach to reflect the relationship between hydrological inputs (water supplies) at different locations within the catchment and different water use activities (water requirements).
