利用荧光光谱法研究了1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷合铜(Cyclen-Cu(Ⅱ))配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,用Stern-Volmer方程、Lineweaver-Burk方程确定了其荧光猝灭机理为静态猝灭,得到1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷合铜配合物和BSA作用的结合常数、结合点位数,计算了在不同的pH值、温度及表面活性剂溶液中的热力学参数,实验结果表明其作用力主要为静电作用力.还探讨了表面活性剂对Cyclen-Cu(Ⅱ)与BSA作用的影响,实验结果显示表面活性剂使得BSA在348nm处的荧光峰蓝移约12nm并且其强度随表面活性剂浓度的增加而降低.
Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to study the interaction between 1,4,7,10-tetrazacyclododecane (Cyclen-Cu (Ⅱ)) complex and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The Stern-Volmer equation , Lineweaver-Burk equation to determine the fluorescence quenching mechanism of static quenching, 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane copper complexes and BSA binding constants, combined with the number of points, calculated The thermodynamic parameters at different pH value, temperature and surfactant solution were investigated. The results showed that the main action force was electrostatic force. The effect of surfactant on the interaction between Cyclen-Cu (Ⅱ) and BSA was also investigated. The experiment The results showed that the surfactant blunted the BSA blue peak at 348 nm by about 12 nm and its intensity decreased with increasing surfactant concentration.
